Collaborate with the strategic marketing and cross functional teams to develop the pricing strategy for new and in-line brands, to ensure new products launch excellence and maximize inline product profit.
Work with marketing and market access team, responsible for pricing analysis, price proposal and price approval process for new products and price change of in-line products caused by market events.
As independent party, monitoring the price chain, distribution margin, NRDL price, PAP scheme, provide P&L impact and risk mitigation plan to get management approval.
Support price operation management, responsible for providing leadership to identify the needs of key operations and commercial teams; and ensure that Pricing COE prioritizes and delivers on these needs in a timely manner.
Responsible for knowledge transfer of Pricing COE policies and programs to all directly relevant operations and commercial teams.
Responsible for collecting and summarizing price relevant policy information, tracking and analyzing the relevant price action to inform price strategy.
Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related consulting firm.
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare /Commerce/ /Economics discipline; Postgraduate degree preferred.
Good understanding of disease, health care system, market access landscape, marketing, and market research; With appropriate knowledge in disease awareness and treatment.
Capability on collecting data of relevant disease/therapeutic area, marketing environment, able to extract & summarize useful information efficiently.
